"[On] 10 October 2021, the Department of Health (DOH) has reported that there is a general dewcrease in COVID-19 active cases in the National Region on account of rapid and efficient detect and isolate strategies and enhanced vaccination efforts, among others," ayon sa MMDA resolution.
"[The] Metro Manila Council shall set the standardized and unified curfew hours in the [NCR] from 12:00 midnight to 4:00 a.m."
