Ohmyhome upgrades app features for users

MANILA, Philippines — Singapore-based property solutions platform Ohmyhome – a relative newcomer in the Philippine real estate market – continues to enhance its services as it aims to become the most trusted and reliable property portal in the country.

It recently revamped two of its main website pages: the Home Page and the Properties Page, for   a sleeker aesthetic and easier search function.

Both the Home Page and the Properties Page now have a Search Bar, which gives buyers an option to search by project name, area or developer. When clicked, the Search Bar also shows initial options of areas or developers that users can quickly select and sort through.

Ohmyhome’s Home Page also features a new section that organizes all the real estate projects available on the platform. Like in the Search Bar, users simply have to click the real estate developer in order to view their chosen projects in locations all over the country.

Ohmyhome currently carries listings of projects from leading real estate developers such as Avida Land, SM Development Corp., Suntrust, Honeycomb Builders, and the following Vista Bluechips Marketing brands: Vista Residences, Crown Asia, CoHo, Brittany, Lumina, Camella and Lessandra.

Meanwhile, Ohmyhome’s new Properties Page now has curated categories that cater to various property preferences, according to research and customer-driven data.

In the Properties Page, property seekers will find the following categories: “Explore by Area,” “Ready for Occupancy,” “Preselling,” “Below P5 million,” “Below P10 million,” “Prime Properties,” “Made for Families,” and “For the Professionals.”

Ohmyhome users who choose a particular category in the Properties page will now be able to view all properties that correspond to their chosen preference or need.

For the convenience of platform users, the “Explore by Area” category in the Properties Page features the following areas: Manila, Quezon City, Taguig, Pasay, Pasig, Makati, Las Piñas, Mandaluyong, North Luzon, Central Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Ohmyhome earlier rolled out an exclusive in-app feature called ‘ShoutOut’ which reverses the home-searching behavior by enabling buyers and tenants to post their property requirements. Sellers and property owners can then reach out to these buyers and tenants if their properties meet the criteria stated in the ShoutOuts.

Ohmyhome has likewise launched a “Buying From Overseas” page, which assists prospective buyers based abroad in purchasing property in the Philippines.
