SKYBIZ launches Jumpstart Campaign

Richmond Mercurio - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — Sky Cable Corp., through SKYBIZ, is offering fiber connection plans to businesses at half the price to help them jumpstart their operations.

Through its Jumpstart Campaign, SKYBIZ is providing fiber connection plans at discounted rates until Feb. 28, 2021.

Sky Cable said businesses can save 50 percent on their connectivity costs for three months when they subscribe to select SKYBIZ Fiber Direct plans.

The plans are designed for video conferencing, remote server management, access to cloud-based platforms and social media networking sites, the company said.

Fiber Direct is available in key cities of Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo and Davao.

According to SKYBIZ head Roderick Liwanag, these plans have a dedicated true fiber broadband experience for its subscribers, and offer up to one Gbps speeds for faster uploading and downloading of files, high-definition streaming of content, and clearer quality of video conferencing.

“Aside from helping business owners achieve maximum work productivity and efficiency, SKYBIZ also provides 24/7 technical support to address the consumers’ concerns at ease,” he said.

SKYBIZ last September  introduced its HomeBiz plans, which aimed to help small business ventures shift toward digital with their work-from-home set-ups through fast and reliable internet connection.

Launched in 2013, SKYBIZ is a Sky Cable division that caters to the connectivity and content services needs of businesses.

Sky Cable last month also introduced the first back-up postpaid broadband plan in the market called Sky Fiber AlterNet to cater to the growing need for internet as Filipinos work from home and attend online classes.
