PLDT unveils first commercial mobile enterprise 5G plans

MANILA, Philippines — PLDT Enterprise, together with Smart Communications, is offering the first commercial mobile enterprise 5G plans in the country.

PLDT said all Smart Infinity and Enterprise Smart Postpaid subscribers can now be able to enjoy 5G in key business districts of Metro Manila using their Smart 5G-certified devices.

With Smart Postpaid for Enterprise, businesses and entrepreneurs are assured that their mobile internet connection can keep up with their work demands, PLDT said.

“With its revolutionary speed and ultra-low latency features, we believe 5G will really redefine the future of lifestyle and entertainment, as well as the way we work and connect,” said Jojo Gendrano, first vice president and head of PLDT Enterprise core business solutions.

“We at PLDT Enterprise are glad to offer the first commercial mobile enterprise 5G plans in the country and this is all to provide an entirely new mobile experience for our valued subscribers,” Gendrano said.

5G technology is the next generation of wireless connectivity, offering faster speeds and more reliable internet connections to allow Smart Postpaid and Smart Infinity subscribers get the most from their gadgets and maximize their productivity.

PLDT Enterprise is set to introduce its initial lineup of Smart 5G-certified handsets from Huawei, Samsung, RealMe and Vivo which will soon be available with its Smart 5G plans.

The business-to-business arm of PLDT Enterprise  will also empower businesses with new products and solutions that will enable them to keep moving forward in this next phase of business.

Given today’s changing business landscape, PLDT Enterprise is adding new wireless offerings to its portfolio of services namely Smart GIGA Study, Smart Queuing Solution, Smart Tracker and Smart 5G.
