Residences at The Galleon is set to provide a luxurious living experience at the heart of Ortigas Center.

MANILA, Philippines — Ortigas Land, formerly Ortigas & Co. has launched Residences at The Galleon, touted as the most expensive residential tower in the business district.

The 51-floor residential tower, which has a sales value of P16 billion, is the company’s newest high-end luxury residential tower in Ortigas Center.  It is one of three projects to be launched this year with the two others in Capitol Commons and Cirkulo Verde in Quezon City.

Ortigas Land president and chief executive officer Jaime Ysmael said the project sets a new pricing standard in the area given its prime location and ideal address for its clients.

The Residences is set to be the developer’s premier residential address as part of the only mixed-use development in the Ortigas business district, Ysmael said.

He said Ortigas itself is the mid-point between the north and the south of Metro Manila and is near transportation infrastructure.

In addition, the tower is in close proximity to reputable commercial, educational, and medical institutions and its luxurious offerings provides investors with the flexibility of either using their unit as an investment or for their personal use.

The company tapped quadruple A construction firm Datem for the project.

Ortigas Land is the developer behind some of Metro Manila’s best-known mixed-use projects such as Greenhills Center, Capitol Commons, Ortigas East and Circulo Verde.
