Learn 26 ways to do business with government

MANILA, Philippines — Profit and take advantage from the government’s renewed thrusts on public-private partnerships (PPP) by understanding the 26 different ways to structuring PPPs, hybrid PPPs or G2G transactions with the government, the relevant laws, policies, and procedures. Learn from the Father of Philippine PPPs, Alberto Agra. He is a Certified PPP Specialist TM and Certified Regulation Specialist TM. He has done over 300 lectures on PPPs and his PPP template has been adopted by the DILG and numerous LGUs. He is a professor of laws and a bar reviewer at the Ateneo Law School (1993 to present), and co-author of “Knowing BOT and JV: A Legal Ordinance.” Currently, he is the chairman of the board of the Philippine Reclamation Authority. He is the former acting secretary of justice, acting solicitor general and government corporate counsel.
