MANILA, Philippines — Profit and take advantage from the government’s renewed thrusts on public-private partnerships (PPP) by understanding the 26 different ways to structuring PPPs, hybrid PPPs or G2G transactions with the government, the relevant laws, policies, and procedures. To capture the opportunities and to take full advantage of the new PPP projects, the Center for Global Best Practices, in collaboration with the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planning (PIEP) and PIEP-SOCCSKSARGEN Chapter will host a program titled, “Duterte Government’s Revised PPP Programs” on March 5, 2020 at the Greenleaf Hotel, General Santos City.

This special training is fully packed with examples, case studies, best practices, and ways to “future-proof” PPP deals. This lecture is very relevant whether you are from the private sector doing the finance, construction, development, operations and management of the PPP projects or you are a public official from the national government agency, government-owned and controlled corporation, or the local government unit in-charge of PPP.

Learn from the Father of Philippine PPPs, Alberto Agra. He is a Certified PPP Specialist TM and Certified Regulation Specialist TM. He has done over 300 lectures on PPPs and his PPP template has been adopted by the DILG and numerous LGUs. He is a professor of laws and a bar reviewer at the Ateneo Law School (1993 to present), and co-author of “Knowing BOT and JV: A Legal Ordinance.” Currently, he is the chairman of the board of the Philippine Reclamation Authority. He is the former acting secretary of justice, acting solicitor general and government corporate counsel.
