Startup launches helicopter ride-sharing service for cashed-up commuters
MANILA, Philippines — A Singapore-based tech startup on Thursday launched a ride-sharing service that would allow those “whose cost of time is expensive” to book a helicopter flight at their fingertips and beat Metro Manila’s infamous traffic gridlock.
Booking of helicopter rides through Ascent Flights will be available starting April 8 for routes within Manila and to nearby areas.

Services like luggage transport and first and last mile transport are also available on Ascent Flights.
