British Chamber to promote trade, investment opportunities in Philippines anew

MANILA, Philippines (As released) — The British Chamber of Commerce Philippines is once again taking part in the Britain in Southeast Asia roadshow, or BiSEA, in the United Kingdom from April 8-16, 2019.

Together with other British Chambers in the ASEAN region, market specialists will visit seven cities namely Birmingham, London, Cardiff, Manchester, Glasgow, Sheffield and Durham to meet UK businesses across various sectors with high export interests to the ASEAN.

The BiSEA Roadshow is now in its fifth year and has proven to help raise the profile of the ASEAN market, especially the Philippines.

The chamber continues to attract inbound investment through participation in policy discussions such as the Economic Forum in London in September 2018 and support of the recently passed Ease of Doing Business Law.
