Omnichannel Asia Summit Philippines 2019 to be held on February 21

(As released) A 2018 Nielsen report estimates that by 2020, the global fast-moving consumer goods e-commerce platform will reach over US$400 billion and will account for 10 to 20 percent market share.

This means that more people are now purchasing online through omnichannel facilities than in person. The report also states that mobile devices and digital platforms are shaping consumer experiences and transforming brand-to-consumer engagement.
