Craft your HR code of discipline right

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — The Center for Global Best Practices will host a special training titled, Legal Best Practices in Crafting your HR Code of Discipline on Dec. 7 at the Manila Marriott Hotel, Pasay City.

The one-day training will teach participants how to design and craft a code of discipline – the right way. Learn the best practices on how to prepare, establish and implement disciplinary policies guaranteed to promote professionalism, industrial harmony and ward off any temptation to sue on the part of wayward employees. The program will also provide participants ready-made templates that can easily be adopted and apply to save thousands on litigation and consulting fees of a lawyer.

Learn valuable lessons and insights from labor law expert practitioner, lawyer Elvin Villanueva, who has assembled the most comprehensive, substantive and highly researched materials on this important topic.

The program is open to the general public. Government officials and employees attending the training programs are exempted from the P2,000 limit set by COA based on the DBM Circular 563 dated April 22, 2016.

Interested participants are encouraged to avail of the early payment savings and group discounts. Seats are limited and pre-registration is required.
