Mitsubishi expands dealership network for FUSO trucks, buses

MANILA, Philippines — The local unit of Japanese automotive firm Mitsubishi Motors Corp. has expanded its network with the opening of a new dealership for FUSO trucks and buses in Pampanga.

In a statement, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corp. (MMPC) said it recently inaugurated with Carworld Inc. a new FUSO dealership in Pampanga.

Occupying 4,681 square meters, the new dealership has a full-size showroom, as well as six work bays handled by FUSO-certified technicians.

The new dealership is under the management of Carworld Inc., which is part of the Laus Auto Group, an automotive retailer in Central Luzon.

With the opening of the FUSO dealership, MMPC would be able to serve the logistical and key transportation requirements in Pampanga and therest of Central Luzon.

“Overall, FUSO would not be what it is today without its fruitful partnership with Carworld Inc. throughout the decades. This momentous event symbolizes FUSO’s vision of expanding the commercial vehicle business in order to provide every Filipino with the right product and service investments that they deserve.” Dante Santos, senior vice president for corporate affairs and corporate secretary at MMPC, said.
