MANILA, Philippines — The Center for Global Best Practices will host a pioneering program titled, “Best Practices on How to Conduct Strategic Planning and Prepare Strategic Action Plans” on July 20 at the Manila Marriott Hotel, Pasay City.

The program is focused on teaching participants the best practices in the real word— coming up with an effective strategic plan that is fully aligned and integrated with the company’s overall objective of value creation.

The program will provide useful templates, real examples and a practice-oriented workshop for formulating a winning strategic action plan.  It is applicable to all kinds of organizations and recommended for business owners, groups of board directors, management, and planning committees who want to improve the quality of their strategic planning activities and meetings.

It will feature Ramon De Leon, formerly managing director of Ayala Corp., under the Office of the Lead Director for Infrastructure, and seconded to the various Ayala-owned subsidiaries to help in the corporate transformation of Globe Telecoms, MWSS, IMI, and BPI Family Bank.
