Industrial zone, business park find a home at Greenfield City

MANILA, Philippines — Sta. Rosa, Laguna is a city marked by unprecedented development– making it the ideal place for locators to grow their business. These thriving business parks and industrial zones in the “Makati of the South” contribute to the economic dynamism in Metro Manila, and some of these are located within the 400-hectare master-planned township of Greenfield City.

For one, Greenfield Auto Park, one of four Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA)-accredited industrial zones, spans 62 hectares and caters to auto and non-auto related industries, as well as light industries such as telecommunications, information technology, and others.

The park-like industrial zone houses Mitsubishi Motors Philippines, manufacturing companies like the Automotive Interiors Corp. and Visteon Philippines Inc., as well as Agrispecialist Inc., Cleanpak Inc., Silgan White Cap South East Asia Inc., and Emperador Distillers, to name a few. The Technopark Hotel is also present in the area which is positioned to give premium accommodations for individuals and expatriates with business dealings in the south.

Proper waste management is usually a challenge for industrial parks because of the large quantity of wastes and variability of waste products from the locators. Greenfield Auto Park was carefully designed to be eco-friendly, with a centralized sewage treatment plant that processes liquid wastes from the developments. It also boasts of a wide road network, generous open spaces, and verdant landscapes.

The Park is just four kilometres away from the South Luzon Expressway via the Greenfield City-Unilab interchange – making it easily accessible from Metro Manila.

Meanwhile, the Santa Rosa Business Park is touted as the “business address of the new growth center” of Sta. Rosa. The 11-hectare mixed-use development hosts The Medical City – South Luzon and Fortmed Medical Clinic that offer healthcare to neighboring residential communities; as well as the Paseo Premier Hotel, and Brain Train Review Center. Only 350 meters away from the Tagaytay-Balibago road, the park-like business hub is ideal for offices and BPOs, hotels, residential buildings and schools.

This industrial zone and business park, located in Greenfield City which is known as “a city within a park,” are approximately less than an one hour away from Metro Manila. The master-planned township where they are situated also puts them at a strategic location near residential communities and the al fresco dining and shopping malls of Paseo Outlets, Laguna Central and Arcadia. The township is still progressing with other upcoming developments soon to rise in the area along with the economic growth of Sta. Rosa City.

These establishments are developed by Greenfield Development Corp., a trusted developer of well-designed cities that are innovative and eco-friendly to be able to deliver the needs of present and future users/owners, while at the same time observing sustainability by prioritizing respect for nature and the environment in all its endeavours.
