Toyota revs up for Rush sale in May
MANILA, Philippines — Toyota Motor Philippines Corp. will start selling the Toyota Rush, its entry in the SUV (sports utility vehicle) segment in May.
"With the Toyota Rush retail sales set to start in May, customers can now reserve through any of their preferred dealers," TMPC said in a statement.
According to TMPC, the seven-seater SUV is backed up by the quality, durability, and reliability Toyota is known for.
To make reservations for the Toyota Rush, customers can visit any of the 63 authorized Toyota dealers nationwide.
TMPC is the leading automotive brand in the country.
As of end-February, TMPC had a market share of 39.84 percent of the 57,821 units sold based on data from the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc.
Last year, TMPC sold 183,908 vehicles, up 15.9 percent 2016. It accounted for 43.2 percent of the market last year.
