AirAsia to hold seat sale starting Monday; 5 million seats available

MANILA, Philippines — Carrier Air Asia has announced that it would hold a seat sale for some local destinations with air fares worth as low as P17.
Air Asia Group said it will start the seat sale dubbed “Red Hot Sale” from September 11 until September 17.
The airline said it is offering up to five million discounted fare seats for travel between March 1 and Nov. 21, 2018.
“Fly to your next adventure with AirAsia’s low fares from as low as PHP 17 ALL-IN ONE WAY FARE from Clark and PHP 202 ALL-IN ONE WAY FARE from Manila to Iloilo and many more destinations!” Air Asia’s announcement read.
The seat sale will cover Manila, Bohol, Caticlan or Boracay, Cebu, Clark, Davao, Iloilo, Kalibo, Palawan and Tacloban.
On the other hand, Air Asia will also offer discounted fares for one-way flights for as low as P1,290. The international destinations included in this one-way flight sale are Canton or Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Incheon or Seoul, Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Shanghai and Taipei.
The airline explained that the travel rates are exclusive of domestic passenger service charge, web admin fee or book processing fee and country specific charges or taxes.
