Cityland to launch 2 new projects

MANILA, Philippines – Cityland has launched two new residential projects in Mandaluyong City.

Construction of the two projects,  Grand Central Residences and Pines Peak Tower 1, are ongoing, Cityland said.

Grand Central Residences, located along EDSA corner Sultan Street, Barangay Highway Hills, is a 40-story commercial, office and residential condominium while Pines Peak Tower 1 is a  27-story residential building along Union corner Pines Street.

Both projects are strategically located along Mandaluyong City, which is a few steps away from the major thoroughfare of EDSA, near Shaw Boulevard, Pioneer and MRT Stations.

The projects’ amenities include a swimming pool, gym, multi-purpose function room with movable playset, viewing deck and 24-hours association security.

Cityland said the projects would be ideal for the fast-paced Filipino families who enjoy comfortable but affordable way of living.

Economically-designed residential units in Studio, one and two-bedroom types are now available in friendly and flexible payment scheme.

The company will also offer special discounts for early buyers.

Cityland, formerly Statehouse Land Development Corp., continues to provide affordable living in different strategic locations of the metropolis.

It has two subsidiaries, namely, City and Land Developers and Cityplans Inc.

Among the company’s projects are Pines Peak Tower I, Grand Central Residences I, the Makati Executive Towers I, II and III, Corinthian Executive Regency, Manila Executive Regency and Rada Regency.
