Video of the Day: Dad gives ‘heroic’ birthday surprise to terminally-ill son

MANILA, Philippines – Nothing is more painful than spending each day with your child knowing that the next day might not come.  Because of that, Mike Wilson made sure that his son, Jayden will have the best birthday he will always remember.

In the video, Mike was seen jumping off the roof of their house to their front door wearing a full Spider Man costume. While those accompanying Jayden was screaming in surprise, Jayden seemed unfazed seeing his favorite superhero.
