Danilo Garcia - Pilipino Star Ngayon

MANILA, Philippines — Iprinoklama na ng Commission on Elections na umuupo bilang National Board of Canvassers nitong Miyerkules, Mayo 18, ang 12 senador na nanalo sa nakalipas na May 9, 2022 National at Local Elections.

Alinsunod sa NBOC Resolution No. 002-22, iprinoklama na sina Senators-elect Robin Padilla, Loren Legarda, Raffy Tulfo, Sherwin Gatchalian, Francis ‘Chiz’ Escudero, Mark Villar, Alan Peter Cayetano, Juan Miguel Zubiri, Joel Villanueva, JV Ejercito, Risa Hontiveros at Jinggoy Estrada.

Sa kanyang talumpati, ipinagmalaki ni Comelec Chairman Saidamen Pangarungan ang kanilang ‘very efficient and flawless Transparency Server’ ngayong eleksyon matapos lahat ng election result ay agad na natanggap matapos ang aktuwal na halalan.

“As we usher in a new set of leaders from the local government units up to the national positions, I am proud to say that the Commission on Elections has successfully defended the sovereign right of the people to the democratic process of elections,” pahayag ni Pangarungan.

“This is an election  with the lowest election-related violence of only 16 incidents compared to around 160 violent incidents in the 2019 elections,” dagdag ng opisyal.
