IATF aprubado face-to-face classes sa kolehiyo sa Alert Level 1-3 areas
MANILA, Philippines — Papayagan na uli ang harapang klase sa anumang kurso sa kolehiyo sa ilang "alert level systems" sa gitna ng COVID-19, alinsunod sa resolusyong inaprubahan ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF).
Ang balita ay kinumpirma ni acting presidential spokesperson Karlo Nograles sa isang pahayag, Miyerkules.
"Based under the Guidelines on the Nationwide Implementation of Alert Levels System for COVID-19 Response, limited face-to-face classes are now allowed under Alert Levels 1, 2 and 3," wika ni Nograles ngayong araw.
"In line with this, the IATF yesterday, which adopts the Commission on Higher Education's proposed Phased Implementation of Limited Face-to-Face Classes for All Programs under the Alert Levels System for COVID-19 Response of [Commission on Higher Education]."
Sa kabila nito, meron itong mga kondisyones bago maipatupad sa mga naturang tertiary education institutions:
- 50% indoor venue capacity
- hindi dapat tinututulan ng lokal na pamahalaan
- fully-vaccinated dapat ang mga guro, estudyante at non-teaching personnel na lalahok
Una nang pinayagan ang harapang klase sa mga piling kolehiyo't mga unibersidad sa Pilipinas. Gayunpaman, para 'yon sa mga kurong may kinalaman sa medisina at healthcare.
Kasalukuyan na ring nagpapatupad ng pilot implementation ng face-to-face classes sa 100 pampublikong elementarya't high school sa buong Pilipinas. Susundan naman 'yan ng pag-arangkada ng in-person classes sa 20 pribadong eskwela sa ika-22 ng Nobyembre.
'Phased implementation'
Sa kabila nito, hindi isang bagsakang ibabalik ang mga klase sa kolehiyo nang sabay-sabay.
Phase 1 (Disyembre 2021 magsisimula):
- Alert Level 1
- Alert Level 2
"During this phase, all higher education institutions (HEIs) in areas under Alert Level 2 may apply for limited face-to-face classes," patuloy ni Nograles.
Phase 2 (Enero 2022 magsisimula)
- Alert Level 3
"In this phase, all HEIs in areas under Alert Level 3 may apply for limited face-to-face classes," sabi pa ng tagapagsalita ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
