Gen. Guillermo Eleazar.

“An administrative case of Grave Misconduct (Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Serious Phy-sical Injuries, Multiple Less Serious Physical Injuries and Damages to Pro-perty under Article 365 of the Revised Penal Code) was already filed against the Pilot-In-Command before the Internal Affairs Service in September 2020,” nakasaad sa complaint.

Dagdag naman ni Yu na ang mga kaso ay sisilipin pa ng Office of the Chief of Police.

Sinabi ni Yu na bahagi ng protocol sa isang piloto na i-check ang lugar at paligid para sa pag-take off.

“There were some lapses in judgment on the part of the Pilot-In-Command that include underestimating the capability of the aircraft,” ani Yu.

Archie Gamboa, dating PNP Spokesman  Bernard Banac at iba pa.
