Año positive sa coronavirus
MANILA, Philippines — Nagpositibo na rin sa sakit na coronavirus disease 2019 si Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Eduardo Año.
Sinabi ni Año na simula noong Linggo, March 26, nang magpasailalim siya sa 14-day self quarantine matapos mabatid na nagkaroon ng contact sa apat na positive cases.
“Last March 26, after learning that 4 persons I had associated with tested positive for COVID-19, I started my 14 day self-quarantine. On March 27, I got tested. Last, March 31, I received the result from RITM informing me that I am positive for COVID-19,” sabi ng kalihim.
Aniya, nasa mabuti naman umano siyang lagay sa kasalukuyan at walang sintomas na nararamdaman.
“I make this announcement to call the attention of all persons I had close contact with to go on self-quarantine and observe any symptoms, in accordance with DOH guidelines,” sabi ni Año
