“Salary adjustments for civilian and military personnel would have to wait until the passage of the 2019 budget. The 4th tranche of the salary adjustment for civilian and military will be deferred until budget is passed,” sabi ni Diokno kahapon.

“Salary adjustments for civilian and military personnel would have to wait until the passage of the 2019 budget. The 4th tranche of the salary adjustment for civilian and military will be deferred until budget is passed,” sabi ni Diokno kahapon.

“New projects would have to wait until the 2019 budget is passed into law, but large projects like the Metro Manila Subway, would not be affected. Under a reenacted budget for 2019, no new infrastructure projects can start,” paliwanag pa ng DBM chief.

“As long as it happens in the executive department, it is not an insertion but an adjustment. House and Senate can approve budget in toto, amend it, mangle it... We don’t mind,” paliwanag pa ni Diokno.
