"They're all good teachers, mostly basic basketball drills but coach Don Showalter focused more on attitude," paambit pa ni Alcaraz, nga migiya sa Cebu Institute of Technology-University (CIT-U) Baby Wildcats ngadto sa kampiyonato sa juniors division niadtong 2009 Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. (CESAFI) season. "He shared that a coach is a teacher who must know the laws of learning and must be authentic because players trust coaches who are authentic."

"As a coach, we must have organization in practice and thoughts. I also learned two types of coaches, those that are humbled and those that will be humbled. Lastly, coaches must be adaptable, they adapt to circumstances," dugang pa ni Alcaraz, nga naka-coach sab sa Letran Knights, Las Pinas College, ug CIT-U Wildcats sud sa dul-an duha ka dekada sa wala pa manimpad sa Amerika.

"Coach Stan Van Gundy talked mostly about his experience as an NBA head coach, that you must be a disciplined coach and must respect your players and their different personalities. On the other hand, Bob Hurley's topic centered on defensive drills."

"The (USA Basketball) seminar was a very enriching experience. And I'm very grateful to coach Rhoel for giving us this wonderful opportunity to broaden our horizon and deepen our understanding about our role as coaches," panapos pa ni Alcaraz.
