Dear Gina,

I understand where you’re coming from.  Pero, bisan unsa pa kadako atong kalagot nila, it won’t change what they  post on social.  Kita ray alkansi.  What we can change is what we choose to expose ourselves to.  Pwede man nato  sila i-unlike and unfollow.Daghan man og inspiring and helpful content out there.  What’s even better than  reading about it?  Be the inspiration.  Be the help.  Be the change.  It may not matter to everyone in the  world, but it will matter to at least one person.  And that’s reason enough.
