Dear Mika,

Actually, survival of the fittest is what this physical existence has been, and will always be.  It’s just that most of us didn’t put too much thought into it pre-pandemic.   Big or small, we have to admit that we all play a part in this terrible state we’re in.  So, big or small, we can also play a part in getting out of this terrible state we’re in.  Have faith.  There is hope.  We are resilient.  We will survive.  Ampo.  Eat right.  Stay hydrated.  Sleep well.  Exercise.  Stay informed.  Amping.
