Motorsports Park sa Calambua makapabuhi�g balik sa Cebu Motocross

CEBU, Philippines — Ang dekalibreng Sugbuanong rider nga si BJ Pepito hugtanong nagtoo nga ang MS Motosuit Motorsports Park didto sa Barangay Calambua lungsod sa San Remigio dako og maambag pagpabuhi og balik sa motocross racing dinhi sa Sugbu kon ugaling mabalik na sa normal ang sitwasyon.

Si Pepito, nga gibansagan og “Wonder Boy” gikan sa Daanbantayan gumikan sa iyang kahanas pag-drayb og motor nga nahahatag kaniya og dili na maihap nga mga pasidungog, nahingangha og maayo sa dihang nakakita sa multi-sport racetrack atol sa gihimong paglusad niini niadtong Dominggo.

Kauban ang usa ka pundok sa mga bag-ohanon ug beteranong riders, ang 19-anyos nga si Pepito mipraktis kadiyot aron ilang masinati sa bag-ong hashasanan sa abilidad sa mga disipulo sa motocross dinhi sa probinsiya.

“It’s a good thing that we now have this kind racetrack, which I think is the biggest here in our province,” matud pa ni Pepito, usa sa labing malampuson nga riders sa kasaysayan sa Cebu motocross.

“This place (Calambua) is special because it is here where BJ’s career started,” hinumduma pa ni Malou Pepito. “He was only six years old then when he first witnessed a motocross event here and he was completely enamored by it after that. Thankfully, BJ's father Bill is very supportive in all his endeavors resulting to the success he attained right now.”

“And we are truly grateful that we have someone like sir Lou, whose heart and passion for motocross never wavered through the years. He takes care and gives attention to the sport even during these challenging times. His love and dedication for motocross are beyond measure. That separates him from the others,” dugang pa ni Malou Pepito, kansang gipasabot mao ang tinamod nga si Lou Ornopia nga maoy nag-establisar sa Motorsports Park.

“It’s just the first time that I invited them to try our new racing course and the response I got from the motocross industry was overwhelming. I’m so happy knowing that they're still very supportive of me,” dason pa ni Ornopia, nga usa ka higayon gibayaw nga Sportsman of the Year sa Sportswriters Association of Cebu (SAC).

    "Being our role model athlete and a local hero in motocross racing, I hope and pray that through his leadership, BJ Pepito will lend his expertise and share his talent to the young aspiring riders,"dugang pa ni Ornopia.

Ang mga kauban nga riders ni BJ Pepito midayeg sab human makakita sa talagsaong pasilidad nga lapad kaayo ug midagan og 2.3 ka kilometros ang kinatibuk-ang distansiya.

“It’s really conducive for motocross racing,”kanayon pa sa 29-anyos nga si Eugene Andales, usa ka bag-ohanon nga rider gikan sa Liloan, Cebu. “I’m sure this will entice not only the Cebuanos but also riders from other places to come and try this one-of-a-kind racetrack.”

“It’s so huge, the largest race course I’ve ever seen. Having this is a very good idea,” paambit pa niGyles Aguilar sa Sogod.

“I hope that there will be a race here soon because we’re very hungry and so excited to compete. We can’t wait to showcase our skills in this nice playing field,” padayag pa ni Neil "Pogi" Garbo sa Liloan.
