Akong gipasabot niini ang enforcer but iya gyud kung gi -isyuhan og ticket, ang akong pangutana kun legal ba ang iyang pag issue nako og violation ticket? Daghang Salamat.

Aduna tay balaod nga gitawag og Anti-Distracted Driving Act kon Republic Act 10913 nga naglatid sa mga lagda sa Distracted Driving. Basi sa Section 4 sa maong balaod, kini nagkanayon nga “distracted driving refers to the performance by a motorist of any of the following acts in a motor vehicle in motion or temporarily stopped at a red light, whether diplomatic, public or private, which are hereby declared unlawful.” Ug apil sa prohibited acts sa maong balaod ang paggamit og mobile communication device to write, send, or read a text or to make or receive calls and other similar acts. Busa klaro sa maong balaod nga bisan kun anaa ka sa stoplight kun ikaw ang nagmaneho sa sakyanan, violation gyud niini ang paggamit og cellular phone.
