CEBU, Philippines — Ang Cebu Eastern College (CEC) opisyal nga niselebrar sa makasaysayanong kalamposan sa tulo nila ka topnotchers sa March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT)-Elementary Level.
