“Section 1. Creation of the Ad Hoc Committee. There is hereby formed, organized, and created and Ad Hoc Committee whose main function is to come up with engineering solutions that are particular and specific to each structure found to be encroaching in the City’s waterways and submit regular reports and recommendation to the City Mayor on their activities”, tipik sa EO ni Mayor Labella.
