Drug test sa LTO padayonon
CEBU, Philippines – Padayon pa gihapon ang implementasyon sa drug testing sa molukat og driver’s license sa Land Transportation Office samtang wala pay giluwatan nga direktiba gikan sa ulohang buhatan.
Kini bisan niluwat na og desisyon ang Court of Appeals 19th Division nga ang drug test dili na kini kinahanglan alang sa pag-apply ug pag-renew sa driver’s license.
“The cancellation of the drug testing requirement in renewing and applying for new driver’s license cards will be implemented by Land Transportation Office Region 7 once formally orders by the LTO Central Office,” matud sa direktiba ni LTO-7 Director Victor Caindec.
Gibali sa CA ang desisyon sa Regional Trial Court sa pagbalik sa drug test sa tanang aplikante og driver’s license. Tungod sa desisyon sa RTC, nipasaka og petition for review si Alfonso Tan Jr., kanhi assistant secretary sa LTO ngadto sa CA. (/GMR)(BANAT NEWS)
