Oposisyon ngadto ni Osmeña: Respetoha ang RDC

CEBU, Philippines — Pipila ka mga konsehal sa Barug Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (Barug PDP-Laban) ang miawhag kang Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña nga buksan ang iyang hunahuna ug respetuhon ang mga opisyales sa Regional Development Council (RDC)-7.

Si Konsehal Raymond Garcia miingon nga ang RDC-7 gipangulohan sa mga pribadong indibidwal nga tinudlo ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte.

“He should open his mind that there are new and bright and fresh ideas coming from younger individuals, younger people who don’t have any vested interest, but the only interest is to look after what is the best for Cebu, dili ra siya ang may’ng laki,” matud ni Garcia.

Gisaway ni Osmeña ang mga officials sa RDC-7 kay giingong wala kini nahimo sa tibuok Central Visayas ug mibabag pa hinuon sila sa mga proyekto nga makapalambo sa traffic situation sa Cebu City.

Si Glen Soco, Chairman sa Infrastructure and Development Committee sa RDC mi-post sa iyang Facebook account ug miklaro sa mga isyu ilabi na atol sa ilang council meeting niadtong Marso 16.  “Let me remind those powerful and influential personalities who are out to destroy us -  WALA PA MIY SALA SA PUBLIKO!!! We have our future ahead of us that you are set to destroy, if you continue in your age-old ways! We will stand up and engage anyone in public discourse, be it in principle or in the battlefield,” tipik sa post ni Soco.

Mahitungod sa public discourse si Osmeña andam siyang modawat niini apan kini miingon nga iyang i-presentar ang ang report card sa RDC-7 nga giingong zero project sa Cebu, Bohol, Siquijor ug Negros Oriental.

“Sure, let’s start with their score cards zero now let them explain that. Public discourse sure, I don’t have to show discourse, I’ll only have to show pictures. I’ll show you a picture (white bondpaper) this is the performance of RDC, that’s their performances, you see that, nindot, limpyo kaayo,” matud ni Osmeña.

Apan sa post ni Soco iyang gisaysay didto nga daghan na sila og na-endorso nga proyekto alang sa rehiyon sama sa Metro Cebu Expressway, North ug South by-pass roads, Mactan Road Network upgrade, pagpalapad sa H. Mactan Road, New Connector Bridge sa Bohol, pag-upgrade sa Cang-alwang airport sa Siquijor ug uban pa.
