CEBU, Philippines — Wala nay floating cottages ug fixed cottages sa kadagatan o easement zones sa lungsod sa Cordova kini human nga nahimo ng epektibo ang executive order ni Gobernador Gwendolyn Garcia nga ipahunong ang operasyon niini diha  sa lungsod.

Si Garcia mipirma sa Executive Order no. 25 niadtong Agosto 28 pagtapos sa napulo ka adlaw nga ultimatum sa gobernador ngadto sa mga operators sa floating cottages sa pagtangtang niini.

“(All persons are hereby ordered) to immediately cease and desist from operating and/or using the said illegal structures - floating and fixed cottages - within the coastal waters of the Municipality of Cordova,” tipik sa EO ni Garcia.

“The further construction and/or operation of these illegal structures is harmful to the environment and public health, and a patent violation of existing laws, rules and regulations,” dugang pa niini.
