TUCP nakapili na og 12 ka senatoriables nga iendorsar
CEBU, Philippines — Mipili na ang Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (TUCP) og 12 ka senatorial candidates alang sa umaabot nga piniliay. Ang maong 12 ka kandidato mao ang ilang i-endorso sa ilang mga sakop.
Ang maong mga kandidato nagagikan sa nagkalain-laing mga partido. Ang 12 mao sila si Senator Risa Hontiveros; DPWH Secretary Mark Villar; human rights lawyer Neri Colmenares; kanhi defense secretary Gilbert Teodoro; Senador Joel Villanueva; Rep. Loren Legarda, Rep. Allan Peter Cayetano, labor leader Elmer Labog; human rights lawyer Chel Diokno; kanhi agriculture secretary Emmanuel Piñol; Senador Richard Gordon ug kanhi senador Jinggoy Estrada.
“We are confident that these twelve pro-workers Senatoriables will carry the torch for working men and women as well as their families in the next Senate. Their presence will be critical in ensuring that the next Administration will address the need to create jobs that have been lost in pandemic, and to ensure that workers will not fall victim to increased labor flexibilization, and to unfair wages,” matud sa TUCP President Raymond Mendoza.
