CEBU, Philippines — Suspendido lang una ang voter’s registration sa tri-cities – Cebu, Mandaue ug Lapu-Lapu hangtod sa Agosto 15 samtang gipaubos kini sa Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ).
