5 mil ka tilapia fingerlings gihatag sa BFAR sa Probinsiya sa Sugbo

CEBU, Philippines — Nanghatag og 5, 000 tilapia fingerlings ang Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA BFAR) Region 7 ngadto sa Probinsya sa Sugbo pag suporta sa “Enhanced Countryside Development Program” niini nga gilusad niadtong Marso 5, 2021 sa Hidden Valley Convention Center sa Barangay Lamac lungsod sa Pinamungajan.

Si DA-BFAR 7 Regional Director Dr. Allan Poquita maoy niturn-over sa maong tilapia fingerlings ngadto kang Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia nga kabahin sa 1.5 million fingerlings nga gisaad sa BFAR nga ihatag ngadto sa Probinsya sa Sugbo.

Ang BFAR-7 una nang nihatag og 205, 000 fingerlings ngadto sa Probinsya subay sa Sugbusog program niini.

Nihatag usab ang BFAR-7 og certificate alang sa provision sa 100 ka fiberglass reinforced plastic boats ngadto sa 22 ka mga lungsod sa Probinsya sa Sugbo nga mokantidad og P5 milyones. 92 sa maong mga fiberglass reinforced plastic boats, mga 20 footer nga bangka nga adunay 6.5 hp marine engine ug underwater fitting samtang ang walo ka bangka mga 30 footer nga adunay 16 hp marine engine nga adunay underwater fitting.
