Labella gidayeg tungod sa dinad-an niini pagkombate sa siyudad sa COVID-19

Cebu, Philippines — Dili malilong ang lapad ug paninangkamot sa kagamhanan sa Siyudad sa Sugbo sa kampanya niini sa pakigbatok sa coronavirus sa dakbayan nga nagbunga og maayo ug giila sab sa nasudnong kagamhanan nga malampuson ug gihimong sumbanan sa uban.

Kini bisan paman sa mga nanggawas nga mga pagsaway ug pagtamay sa nanglabay’ng mga buwan sa mga opisyales sa dakbayan sa halos tanang butang nga wala mauyoni sa pipila.

Apan sila mismo si Department of Environment and Natural Resources Secretary Roy Cimatu ug Department of Interior and Local Government -7 regional director Leocardio Trovela mipadala og suwat ngadto kang Mayor Edgar Labella nga nagdayeg sa paningkamot niini nga makontrol ang pagkuyanap sa virus.

“Over the past several months ,the City of Cebu has shown resiliency and determination in you COVID19 response and recovery program — something that I have personally seen and experienced when I was assigned  by our President Rodrigo Roa Duterte  to oversee your COVID19 response,” mensahe pa ni Cimatu ngadto sa mayor. Dugang pa ni Cimatu  nga gikan sa pagka-epicenter sa nasud sa kaso sa COVID19,  nahimo na kining ehemplo ngadto sa laing LGU’s  nga dunay lig-ong pamaagi sa pagsakbang sa gikabalak-an nga virus.

“What the City of Cebu has shown the nation is such an achievement,” dugang pa niya.

Nakadawat usab og laing suwat si Labella gikan kang Trovela  nga nidayeg sa mayor sa iyang dinalhan sa Covid-19 response sa siyudad.

“Overall, we commend the efforts of the city and its personnel to combat COVID19. These efforts are progressively pating off. Continue to sustain the gains that you have achieved and keep your guard up,” suma pa ni Trovela.

Si Labella sa iyang bahin nipasalig nga magpadayon gyud sa  way puas nga pakigkombate niini sa COVID19.

“This is a triumph not just of the City Government but the whole of Cebu City. With the cooperation of the people, I assure the Secretary (Cimatu) that we will remain relentless in our fight against this disease that has severely impacted not just our city but the whole world,”suma pa sa mayor.
