Ang mga rekisitos gilangkuban sa filled-out application form, assessment sheet nga adunay official receipt of payment, original nga barangay clearance certificate nga adunay official receipt, STI/SEC certificate of registration ug articles of incorporation, Certificate of property holdings kong nag-abang, community tax certificates of business ug sa mga  empleyado, occupational tax or professional tax of employees, ug notarized undertaking.

Sulod sa 60 ka adlaw ipa-comply ang tanang regulatory requirements gikan sa pagkadawat sa business permit lakip niini ang fire inspection ug sanitation permit.
