BOC adunay P2.497 bilyones nga surplus

CEBU, Philippines —  Ang Bureau of Customs Cebu nakab-ot niini ang ilang annual target nga P27.436 bilyones sa tuig 2018 ug aduna silay surplus nga P2.497 bilyones sa ilang collection sa maong tuig.

Ang BOC Cebu adunay actual collection nga P28.904 bilyones.

Matud  ni Conrado Abarintos, hepe sa collection division sa BOC-Cebu nga sa unang semana pa lang sa buwan sa Disyembre nakuha na nila ang ilang target collection inubanan sa nakolekta usab sa sub-port sa Mactan ug Dumaguete.

Matud usab ni Abarintos nga ang buhis sa lana nga gibayad sa mga importer maoy nakapadako sa ilang collection kini gumikan sa implementasyon sa “Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act” kun Akta Republika 10963 diin nagpatuman kini og excise tax  sa petroleum products, automobiles, sweetened beverages, cosmetic procedures, coal, mining ug tobacco.

“Dako gyud ang gitabang sa mga taxes paid due to the implementation of the TRAIN law”, matud  ni Abarintos.

Gibutyag ni Abarintos nga ang Port of Dumaguete naka-surplus kini og P800 milyones gumikan sa maong buhis.

“Ang biggest bulk of importation for Dumaguete Port is oil importation mao nga dako gyud sila og na-collect nga taxes”, butyag ni Abarintos.

Dinhi sa Cebu, ang importasyon sa steel, coal ug construction materials maoy mga dagkong importasyon apil usab ang importasyon sa lana.

“Ang coal importation usa sa mga dako ang nabayad nga taxes because we have power plants here and also construction  materials and steel because of our booming construction industry”, dugang ni Abarintos. (BANAT NEWS)
