MANILA, Philippines - Hark back to the ease and spirit of the ‘90s — the era, not the trend.
Perhaps retaliating against the excess of the decade that preceded it, the movement’s strongest fashion statements were made from the dullest forms. Baby tees, a cami over a shirt, aprons and bibs, track jackets paired with, well, track shorts — the matchy-matchy awkwardness that defined a time when the clothes didn’t define you.
