At 2 p.m. yesterday, a low pressure area was estimated at 690 kms east of northern Mindanao, embedded along an intertropical convergence zone prevailing over the Visayas and Mindanao.
Southern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or evening.
Coastal waters in the western section of Luzon will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate, except during thunderstorms.
