MANILA, Philippines - At 2 p.m. yesterday, a low pressure area was estimated at 150 kms southwest of Iba, Zambales. A monsoon trough affects southern Luzon.
Central Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, becoming frequent rains over southern Luzon.
The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or evening.
Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate, except during thunderstorms.
Temperature forecasts: Metro Manila, 24-31 degrees Celsius; Baguio City, 16-21; Tagaytay City, 20-24; Subic and Clark zone, 23-28; Metro Cebu, 25-31; Metro Davao, 25-31; and Cagayan de Oro, 22-32.
