The diffused tail-end of a cold front affects the Visayas and Mindanao.
The Bicol region, the Visayas and Mindanao will be mostly cloudy with scattered rains, becoming widespread rains over the eastern sections of the Visayas and Mindanao.
The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated light rains.
Coastal waters in northern and eastern Luzon and eastern Visayas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate.
Temperature forecasts: Metro Manila, 22-31 degrees Celsius; Baguio City, 15-23; Tagaytay City, 20-26; Subic and Clark zone, 22-33; Metro Cebu, 24-32; Metro Davao, 23-30; and Cagayan de Oro, 22-31.
Tidal predictions in Manila Bay: high tide at 12:25 p.m. at 0.34 meter; low tide at 6:27 a.m. at 0.14 meter, and at 3:50 p.m. at 0.20 meter. Sunrise is at 6:22 a.m.; sunset at 5:59 p.m.
