Mar Roxas likens Philippines to sick patient

MANILA, Philippines - Former Interior Secretary and presidential candidate Manuel "Mar" Roxas II on Monday compared the Philippines to a sick patient.

During the roundtable discussion with reporters of STAR, Roxas likened the previous state of the Philippines to a patient in an emergency room while its current state and progress may be compared to a patient moved to an Intensive Care Unit moving to a regular room.
