Mandy Navasero’s Batanes Photo Safari open again
MANILA, Philippines - The raw, stark beauty of Batanes always takes Mandy Navasero’s breath away.
Participants of her photo safaris had never enjoyed a study group more than during their trips to Batanes.
They would get instructions at the start of the day on portraiture, glamour and fashion, architecture, naturescape, jumpology, and macro photography, and off they went to take their shots.
They did not mind being models, too. At the end of the day, they would compare pictures and be amazed at how amateurs like them got such great pictures.
The Mandy Navasero Batanes Photo Safari 2013 is open for registration.
Ongoing is partly a dental-medical mission headed by second-time participant Dr. William Rodriguez and wife Joyce; and friends Dr. Oscar Jacinto Cruz and wife Dr. Lourdes Valera Cruz.
The mission is at the Basco General Hospital and Sabtang Clinic. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office provided some dental medicine.
Other Batanes schedules are March 1-4, March 27-30 up to April 1 for those interested to visit Itbayat during the Holy Week, April 27-30, May 25-28, and June 1-4.
Navasero has always marveled at the rustic beauty of Lake Sebu, thus she is combining the General Santos/Lake Sebu Photo Safari on March 7-10, and will celebrate the annual Masbateño rodeo fest in her April 9-12 Masbate Rodeo Photo Safari.
