Diamond lights up Christmas tree

MANILA, Philippines - Diamond Hotel recently lit up its spectacular 25-foot Christmas tree at the lobby to commence the beginning of the merriest season of the year.

For the holidays, Diamond Hotel Philippines is decked in shimmering hues of gold and white, and will be ornately decorated with elegant handcrafted angels.

The hotel’s beneficiary is Taliptip Elementary School in Bulacan, Bulacan that was badly affected by the recent flooding caused by monsoon rains.

ABS-CBN Sagip Kapamilya, headed by Tina Monzon-Palma, is currently helping restore the school.

In time for the Christmas season, Diamond Hotel is joining Sagip Kapamilya in this endeavor by donating the proceeds of sales generated through selling handcrafted angel ornaments that will be placed on the Christmas tree.
