Oakwood has new GM, executive ass't manager

MANILA, Philippines - Oakwood Premier Joy-Nostalg Center Manila welcomes seasoned hotelier Rick Erdos as its new general manager.

Erdos’s 20-year career as a general manager has seen him in a variety of postings with the Carlson Rezidor Group in Australia and in more recent years, in China and the Middle East.

Erdos’ assignment to Oakwood Premier is his first in the Philippines    and in Asia. He hails from Sydney, Australia.

Igor Ruge, who hails from Germany, joins Oakwood Premier as its new executive assistant manager.

Ruge has more than 15 years’ experience in corporate and luxury hotel brands such as InterContinental, JW Marriott and Sheraton in Germany, the Middle East and Asia.

Ruge’s most recent role was as executive assistant manager of Hotel Aryaduta, Jakarta.
