Taiwan and San Mateo, Rizal unite for international medical cooperation

MANILA, Philippines - A Memorandum of Agreement for International Medical Cooperation was signed recently between the Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital in Taiwan, Tzu Chi Foundation Philippines and the local government of San Mateo, Rizal for medical assistance and cooperation for the local government by the advanced medical facility in Taiwan.  Shown in photo are Supt.
