Marcial’s appointment as PBA commissioner gains positive response

MANILA, Philippines — After more than a month of serving as officer-in-charge of the PBA, Willie Marcial has been officially named commissioner of the league.
He will take over the reins of Andres "Chito" Narvasa who faced stiff criticisms from fans.

And unlike his predecessor, reception to Marcial's appointment has been positive so far:

Willie Marcial as new PBA commissioner is a huge upgrade over the last one. Though to be fair, a piece of chalk would have still been a pretty significant upgrade.
