Paul Lee, as if not coming off from a long layoff, scattered 21 points to help the Hotshots keep their foot on the pedal for four quarters.

"It's all about our effort especially in the second half,” head coach Chito Victolero said. "Whole game ang effort ng mga bata andoon. We just tried to be mentally tough sa dulo. We know NLEX can come back anytime.”

"I know it's a very physical game and I'm very proud of my players because of the composure. Ang tawagan consistent na ganoon, maganda sa mga players, up and down. We just needed to adjust on the calls, adjust on the game. Maganda ang naging adjustments namin sa depensa,” he closed.
