WATCH: Sean Anthony keys GlobalPort's first win
MANILA, Philippines — Sean Anthony has been a steady source of points for GlobalPort in the All-Filipino conference.
Against Rain or Shine on Friday night, his numbers were absent. That is, if you look for it at the scoring column.
The eight-year PBA veteran made up for his lackluster production and made his presence felt instead via securing the leather, orchestrating plays and finding teammates for open shots.
He wound up with just three points, but still managed to register 13 boards, 12 dimes and four steals in GlobalPort’s breakthrough win against Rain or Shine.
Philstar.com caught up with the versatile forward and asked him about his performance and what the first win means for the Batang Pier.
.@SeanAnthony_10 finished with just three points in @GlobalportPH's breakthrough win on Friday night. But his other numbers? 13 boards and career-high 12 assists. His take on his double-double and what Batang Pier's win means to them moving forward. #PBA2018 pic.twitter.com/07fd2du4en
